Why I gave the title of Blog as Sharing My Knowledge?

Our parents have thought a lot before giving us a calling name. Some of our names are derived from history, some of us from ancient mythology and some of us getting named from the celebrity. They gave us the best name possible. And today your name is your own brand.

Now let us come to authors. Unless you have read his/her previous book you won’t chose the new author. You just look the title of the book and if it is fascinating you will chose that(new authors)  book to read. No wonder same is the case in movies. I have watched many movies because of good titles only.

Why I am sharing you all these things? Just because I wanted to make you clarify the significance of giving a good and reasonable title.

Banking Transaction Tax- Is it Feasible In India?

I know topic is not suitable to every type of readers. I know my all blog readers are not directly concerned with Indian tax, but also wait go on reading don’t click next blog. Here is some fantastic fact for you.

Amsterdam has a house with narrow staircase and hooks over big windows. Since property taxes were based on the frontage of houses, so the builder make narrow frontage and so were the staircase. Furniture could not be dragged up narrow staircase. Hence, furniture was lifted through staircase which explains the hooks.

Britain did not have a permanent income tax till 1842. As a source of revenue, there were property taxes and it seemed an eminently good idea to link property taxes with number of windows in a house. The richer the owner, the more the windows the house would possess. England, France, Spain and Scotland had such window taxes

As a result people walled up windows or built the houses with fewer windows. No wonder houses in many part of Britain are dingy and dark. As a principle it is far better to have direct taxes like income taxes.

BMR Advisors - The first interview of my life. :D

The first thing I would like to say is first thing is always wonderful. Just remember how wonderful it might had been for your parents when you say "maa" for the first time, when you have walked single step for a first time, when you had crawled the single step of ladder for the first time( they might have been  surprise and watched you with loving eyes).

Doing something whatever it is either good or bad, either productive or unproductive, either social or unsocial it is always wonderful. I remember my first love and whenever I remember I certainly feel wonderful. Yeah, my college friends they know it was a type of one-sided and reading this some of you may totally disagree but it was a real wonderful time.

The Special Day- Today I Am Going To Face The First Interview Of My Life

Today is the one of the most important day of my life. This is the first day I am formally entering to a corporate world. I am not entering as an employee but I am giving first interview of my life.

I want to thank CA Neeraj Arora Sir for his guidance and support. Had I not meet him in orientation class I wouldn't have dreamt this much higher? Sir there is a saying is English “seeker always meets master” and so is in my case. I was seeking something high and something great and in the way I meet you. I came in contact with you as a chela. I am really very thankful for it.

Life doesn't go smoothly. Ups and downs are always in the life, the thing is that how much strong you are. Some take temporary failure as a real failure and throw their dreams and ready to throw their dreams overboard. I failed my exams but I never loosed my courage. Being a CA was my dream which I had taken in grade 8 but now I don’t only want to be CA. I want to be specialized CA in certain field. My inexperience has always created a question mark in which field I should expertise.

One Person Company (OPC)

At first, thanks you very much for reading my blog. In this article I have tried my best to make you inform about the recent hot topic in B-World in India. One Person company has many advantages over the sole proprietorship and many relaxation in government procedure.

Please provide your valuable feedback after reading article. You can comment as well as mail me in my mail address" mailfordipendra@gmail.com". Your feedback  is always welcomed.

The revolutionary new concept of 'One Person Company' (OPC) has been introduced by the Companies Act, 2013. This concept of OPC was first recommended by the expert committee of Dr. JJ Irani in 2005.
OPC provides a whole new bracket of opportunities for those who look forward to start their own ventures with a structure of organized business. OPC will give the young businessman all benefits of a private limited company which categorically means they will have access to credits, bank loans, limited liability, legal protection for business, access to market etc all in the name of a separate legal entity.
Though the concept of OPC is new in India but it is a very successful form of business in UK and several European countries since a very long time now.

IN MY DEATH BED

WHAT WILL BE THE LAST WORD WHEN YOU ARE LYING TO DIE.
THIS IS A SMALL INCIDENT WITH MY GRAND PA.

I remember what my mom said about the dead of grand pa. At that time it was time for dinner and they (father and mother) were waiting for my grand pa. Grand pa came and said,” I am feeling uncomfortable today, so let’s have dinner outside in the open sky”

Mom brought everything outside and started to have dinner. My grandpa had the habit of eating rice and milk at last while finishing dinner. Grandpa was having food outside and mom went to kitchen and started collecting dishes, dad was washing his hands nearby. Suddenly grand pa fell down in bed, mom noticed it immediately.

Mom hurried outside, called dad and dad came with a glass of water and kept my grand pa in his lap and gave him water.

But nothing happened. Grand pa looked my dad and mom with a smile and then he tried to open his mouth but he was unable to speak. Grandpa eyes were full of tears as he was unable to say his last words.
He simply looked with tears and left the world forever. Both started crying. All villagers gathered and started funeral procedure. They informed my uncles and aunts and other relatives that my grand pa was no more.

It makes me think how I will die. What will be my last words if I will be able to speak?
Would I have capacity to smile?

Just for today!!!!!

1.    Just for today I will be happy.
2.    Just for today I will try to adjust what is, and not try to adjust everything on my own desires.
3.    Just for today, I will take care of my body. I will try exercising it, caring for it, nourishing it, not abusing it nor neglecting it, so that it will be perfect machine for my bidding.
4.    Just for today I will try to strengthen my mind. I will learn something useful. I will not be a mental loafer. I will read something that requires effort, thought and concentration.
5.    Just for today I will be agreeable. I will look as well as I can, dress as becomingly as possible, talk low, act courteously, be liberal with praise, criticize not at all, nor find the fault with anything and not try to regulate anyone.
6.    Just for today I will try to live for today through this day only, not to tackle my whole problem at once. I can do things for twelve hours that would appall me if I had to keep them up for life time.
7.    Just for today I will have a program. I will write down what I expect to do every hour. I may not follow it exactly, but I will have it. It will eliminate two pests hurrying and indecision.
8.    Just for today I will live quiet half-hour all by myself and relax.

9.    Just for today I will be unafraid, especially I will not be afraid to be happy, to enjoy what is beautiful, to love, and to believe that those I love, love me.

           courage

when the things don't go in order
sometime you feel things don't go in order
for those things, priority were higher
and worked restlessly to achieve them

certainly something fades away
falling directly from sky
you find nothing in your hands
and waste was all efforts to reap the fruits

don't loose, don't give up
and find the alternate way
stay focused and ambitious as you were

the great thing is to get back,
that you loosed at glance
we loosed it in a blink
we call it as courage

keep the courage,
that you are strongest
nothing is out from range,
until you have courage

know one thing lord Buddha said
and keep this thing in the mind
no matter, how hard was the past?
you can always start again
