No LinkedIn: Missing chance to be connected with millions of professional

When I heard about LinkedIn the idea fascinated me. Get together with millions of professionals, discuss intelligent topic, hire and get hired etc.  Just afterwards the routine changed. Spending hours a day to create good profile, finding match professional and start connecting with them, joining groups ,giving own views and asking others views.

LinkedIn can be real boon if we know how to use it. Especially for fresher’s it can be portal for referral too. I started asking my school friends, college friends and friends of profession if they are in LinkedIn, some said yes and some said no. Many raised the counter question what is LinkedIn?

LinkedIn is a social networking site for professionals and companies. It helps you too find the right match i.e., right job for your qualification and qualities. Apart from it, it takes you to the large global market, make you know about various new happenings, researches, innovation and discoveries. There are thousands of HR professionals who might hunt you, if they found you are needed for their companies and also there are companies who will ask you to disclose your LinkedIn profile in their career portals too.

When I was searching the ways to make my LinkedIn profile fruitful I searched a lot. Read the various article published in LinkedIn by various professionals, followed LinkedIn pulse, followed the ideas of various authors etc. Here are the some tips that I gathered, which can be useful for you too.

Failed : Don't Worry, Many Failed Many Achieved

Failed, don’t worry. Those become fail who do something big. You are the hero and you need to trust yourself. No one knows you better than yourself. Other just doubt, criticize, support, show care in what you show and what you say but who knows the inside dynamic personality. Man becomes great with two things.

1.       Where they see themselves: - It doesn’t matter where you are today but it matters where you see yourself tomorrow.
2.        What are they doing to get their dreams:- Always remember everybody dreams, few participate in race and one become champion. In a layman word, your dream doesn’t matter if you are doing nothing to achieve it.
In this materialistic world there is no something for nothing. You have to sacrifice something to get something. Everyone dreams of love and success. Dream doesn’t have any value if you don’t go to obtain it. Starting to get your dream is equal to achieving 50%. Just because, starting is difficult. You need to take bold decision, sacrifice some great time and move for your dreams. Don’t listen to others if you feel what you are doing is great. Be crazy, be mad but never ever give up.

Just go to library fetch the books of worlds successful business people, worlds successful politician, worlds successful  social works, books of great motivators, books of various scientist and authors we can find something in very common.

They have failed number of times but they never gave up.(Abraham Lincoln)

They have the high dreams that they always carried with themselves and never let it to be washed away whatever the situation was. (Martin Luther King, jr)

Challenging time, troublesome situation is in everyone’s life. But what we need to focus on what we have rather than what we don’t have. The great people have done this. (Florence Nightingale)

They suffered from poverty, depression and lacking everything that is utmost to live.(Thomas Edison, Steve Jobs)

Look you and I are not only those people who have troubles. Many had, many have but what we need to focus is what we have and what we can achieve. Just focus in your race, be fair player and be regular struggler. We can achieve and then become a legend.
Don’t forget, “whatever happens it has great reason to happen.”

Journey To CA Final

It was not the decision of my conscious mind to join CA; neither was it decision of my unconscious mind. It was the decision of my sub-conscious mind.  I was in grade eight when I know a profession called CA. At that time I even didn’t know the full form of CA and today I am in CA final, Waiting to write my name as-CA Dipendra Prasad Poudel.

Deelip karki sir (our accounts as well as optional math’s teacher in grade eight) firstly told me that one can become CA in response to my question “what can I become if I choose accounts?” He said it is highly respected post. I just replied immediately “then I will be CA”. He smiled I don’t know why. Might he have smiled of my immediate unconscious decision or just because he thought a guy who is not so good in academics said he will be CA.

I started searching about this profession and I used to ask to my seniors and relatives then everyone suggested it is tough, you can’t do, some said results are too much low. Indirectly and directly many said Don’t Do.

But there were three great persons who said I should do CA. My father, mother and Thiru Thapa Sir (accounts teacher in grade 9&10), Thiru sir encouraged me a lot. Sometime he used to call me as CA in class too. I used to feel nice.  In grade 9 & 10 I studied hard because I need to be CA.

Why I gave the title of Blog as Sharing My Knowledge?

Our parents have thought a lot before giving us a calling name. Some of our names are derived from history, some of us from ancient mythology and some of us getting named from the celebrity. They gave us the best name possible. And today your name is your own brand.

Now let us come to authors. Unless you have read his/her previous book you won’t chose the new author. You just look the title of the book and if it is fascinating you will chose that(new authors)  book to read. No wonder same is the case in movies. I have watched many movies because of good titles only.

Why I am sharing you all these things? Just because I wanted to make you clarify the significance of giving a good and reasonable title.

Banking Transaction Tax- Is it Feasible In India?

I know topic is not suitable to every type of readers. I know my all blog readers are not directly concerned with Indian tax, but also wait go on reading don’t click next blog. Here is some fantastic fact for you.

Amsterdam has a house with narrow staircase and hooks over big windows. Since property taxes were based on the frontage of houses, so the builder make narrow frontage and so were the staircase. Furniture could not be dragged up narrow staircase. Hence, furniture was lifted through staircase which explains the hooks.

Britain did not have a permanent income tax till 1842. As a source of revenue, there were property taxes and it seemed an eminently good idea to link property taxes with number of windows in a house. The richer the owner, the more the windows the house would possess. England, France, Spain and Scotland had such window taxes

As a result people walled up windows or built the houses with fewer windows. No wonder houses in many part of Britain are dingy and dark. As a principle it is far better to have direct taxes like income taxes.

Now if you are really interested to read about Proposed Banking Transaction Tax you may click the button read more.
